I am a first-generation Canadian, with Ukrainian & Polish heritage who now calls England her ‘home’.

I follow a generational line marked by displacement, uprootal and suppression of cultural identity. This collective and personal history makes working with people who feel ‘othered’ and lack a sense of belonging of particular interest to me.

As an integrative therapist, I am able draw upon a range of approaches, tailoring what I offer to reflect your needs and preferences. I will also work holistically, encouraging you to listen and attend to the promptings of your mind, body and whatever you may define as soul or spirit.

Alongside my therapy practice, I work in a mental health charity in Camden supporting individuals with complex mental health challenges navigate life, spanning from support with everyday practicalities to deep emotional issues.
